This research study is exploring why childhood cancer survivors often experience multiple symptoms together — like fatigue, pain, sleep trouble, and depression — after their treatment ends. Researchers want to understand whether changes in gut bacteria and related substances may explain these symptom patterns. You and your child would share health information through questionnaires and provide stool samples so scientists can study connections between gut health and the symptoms survivors experience.

Cancer treatments can cause lasting side effects that affect quality of life long after treatment ends. While doctors know these symptoms happen, they don't fully understand why some survivors have certain symptom patterns and others don't. This study aims to find biological reasons — especially involving gut bacteria — so doctors can better predict and manage these long-term effects.
