This is an observational study—meaning researchers will review medical records rather than testing a new treatment—that tracks how well canakinumab works for people with familial Mediterranean fever or Still's disease. The study will follow patients who have already been taking canakinumab for at least 6 months and collect information about their symptoms, how they're doing, and how their doctors have adjusted their care over time.
