Testing a new medication for people with serious kidney problems

This trial is testing a new medication called INCB123667 to understand how it works in people with severe kidney disease or end-stage kidney disease. The study will measure how the medication moves through your body and whether it is safe for people with serious kidney problems. This is the first time this medication is being studied in patients with kidney disease.

When your kidneys don't work well, medications can build up in your body differently than they do in people with healthy kidneys. This study exists to make sure this medication is safe and works properly for people with severe kidney disease before it can be used more widely.
