If you join the treatment group, you'll receive the adaptive dance program (MDI) along with your usual stroke care. If you're in the comparison group, you'll continue with your usual care only. All participants will have their progress measured at the start, right after the program ends, and again at 3 and 6 months afterward. The program combines online sessions with in-person classes where you'll learn movement improvisation skills and balance exercises adapted for your needs.
