Testing a new daily pill to prevent migraines in adults

This trial is testing whether EVO756, a new medication taken by mouth once daily, can help prevent migraines in adults. The study will compare two different doses of this medication against a placebo (a pill with no active ingredient) to see which works best and is safe. About 330 people will participate, and researchers will track how often and how severe migraines occur over time.
