Do you qualify?

You likely qualify if…

you are between 18 and 65 years old
you have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and have medical records documenting this
your blood sugar levels (HbA1c) are between 6.8% and 8.2% at screening
you have been on stable diabetes medications (metformin, DPP-4 inhibitors, and/or SGLT2 inhibitors) for at least 3 months
your weight has been stable for the past 3 months (no change of more than 5% or 3 kg)
you have not taken antibiotics, probiotics, or related supplements in the past 8 weeks

You likely don't qualify if…

you have type 1 diabetes or another form of diabetes
you are currently taking GLP-1 drugs, insulin, or certain other diabetes medications
you have had weight loss surgery or gastrointestinal surgery (except appendix or gallbladder removal)
you have inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease, or other chronic digestive conditions that affect nutrient absorption
you have experienced severe or frequent low blood sugar episodes
