Heart blood flow imaging study in chronic heart disease patients

This is an observational study — meaning researchers will follow your medical care without changing your treatment — that uses a special type of heart imaging called CT-FFR (computed tomography-derived fractional flow reserve) to assess how well blood flows through your heart arteries. The study will track about 3,000 patients with chronic heart disease to see whether this imaging test helps doctors predict which patients are at higher risk for heart problems over the next year.

Many patients with chronic heart disease need imaging to show where arteries are narrowed, but standard imaging doesn't always tell doctors whether a blockage is serious enough to affect blood flow and cause symptoms. This medication aims to fill that gap by showing doctors the functional significance of blockages in real-world clinical practice across China.
