This study doesn't follow the usual testing phases β it may be an observational study or a different type of research.
This study is testing whether a combination of health education and tailored exercise can help factory workers prevent or reduce muscle and joint pain caused by their work. Some participants will receive health education only, while others with existing muscle or joint pain will receive both health education and a personalized exercise program. The program aims to help workers stay healthier and avoid work-related injuries.
Factory workers often develop muscle and joint pain from repetitive movements, awkward postures, and heavy lifting. This trial exists to see whether teaching workers about their bodies and giving them the right exercises can prevent these injuries from happening in the first place, or stop them from getting worse.

If you join this study, you'll first complete a questionnaire about any muscle or joint pain you've experienced. Based on your answers, you'll be placed in one of two groups. Both groups will attend one face-to-face health education session. If you have existing muscle or joint pain, you'll also participate in 8 face-to-face exercise sessions and 8 additional exercise sessions you can do at home. You'll be assessed before the program starts, after it ends, and again three months later to see how you're doing.
