Building a database of nerve inflammation diseases across China

This is a long-term observational study that will follow thousands of patients with inflammatory diseases of the brain and spinal cord across China. Rather than testing a new medication, researchers will carefully track your disease over time, record how you respond to whatever treatments you're already receiving, and collect information that will help doctors better understand and treat these conditions in Chinese patients.

China currently lacks a large, organized database of patients with these inflammatory nerve diseases, which means doctors don't have detailed information about how these conditions typically progress in Chinese patients or how well existing treatments work. This study aims to fill that gap and help establish better treatment guidelines and follow-up care standards for these diseases across the country.
