Testing a new pancreatic cancer drug combined with chemotherapy

This study is testing a new drug called setidegrasib combined with standard chemotherapy in people with advanced pancreatic cancer that has a specific genetic change (KRAS G12D mutation). Researchers want to see if adding this medication to chemotherapy helps people live longer and delays cancer from coming back compared to chemotherapy alone.

Pancreatic cancer is often diagnosed at a late stage when it has already spread to other parts of the body, and current chemotherapy treatments alone don't work well enough. This trial is looking for ways to improve outcomes by testing whether this medication can make the existing chemotherapy treatments more effective.
